É hora de acrescentar o creme de leite e o leite de coco. Aguarde dois minutos e coloque as postas na panela do molho. ( eu prefiro o corante, porque como já tem tomate, pode ficar um pouco azedo).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;-1&lt;/span&gt; colher de sopa de óleo ou azeite.&lt;br /&gt;-tempero verde ( cebolinha, salsa ou coentro ), picadinhos.&lt;br /&gt;-sal e pimenta do reino a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Modo de Preparar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Em uma tigela, coloque a carne, a pimenta do reino e vá incorporando o creme de cebola até perceber que está ligadinho. Faça as almôndegas e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Molho&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;*Coloque o óleo ou azeite em uma panela, acrescente a cebola ralada, o alho, o tomate, o corante ou extrato, o sal e refogue bem. Acrescente água para que o tomate cozinhe (aproximadamente 10 minutos). Experimente o sabor do sal, (não esqueça que as almôndegas foram temperadas com creme ou sopa de cebola, que também tem sal).&lt;br /&gt;Coloque as almôndegas nesse molho, coloque uma parte do cheiro verde, cubra a panela e deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo. De vez em quando mexa delicadamente. ( Eu prefiro Nescau/fica escurinho!!!)&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;span style="color:#330000;"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt; xíc. de chá de leite líquido.&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1 &lt;/span&gt;colher bem cheia de fermento em pó. (&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Se o trigo tiver fermento, acrescente &lt;span style="color:#330000;"&gt;1 &lt;/span&gt;colher rasa de fermento antes de colocar na fôrma&lt;/span&gt;).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#330000;"&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Coloque na batedeira, o açúcar, os ovos e a margarina e leve para bater bem. Vá acrescentando aos poucos, o trigo misturado com o Nescau ou Chocolate e alternando com o leite até ficar homogêneo. Desligue a batedeira e adicione o fermento e mexa delicadamente. Leve ao forno médio por aproximadamente 40 minutos ou até que ao enfiar um palito, saia limpo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#330000;"&gt;Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Coloque no liquidificador, &lt;span style="color:#330000;"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt; xícaras cheias de chá de leite líquido, &lt;span style="color:#330000;"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt; lata de leite condensado, &lt;span style="color:#330000;"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt; lata de creme de leite e a mesma medida de polpa de cupuaçu. Bata bem. Leve para a geladeira ou freezer, para tomar consistência. Desenforme o bolo, corte em três camadas, vá colocando em uma fôrma marinex, umedecendo cada camada com leite e nescau, e recheando com o creme. Até colocar a última camada. Cobrir com o restante do creme e jogar chocolate à vontade.&lt;br /&gt;Agora é só se deliciar!! AH! No caso do bacalhau tirar bem o sal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;•&lt;/span&gt; 1 dente de alho.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;•&lt;/span&gt; 1 cebola ralada ou picadinha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;•&lt;/span&gt; 1 tablete de caldo ( legumes, peixe, camarão ou carne), depende do recheio escolhido.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;• 2&lt;/span&gt; tomates picados sem pele e sem sementes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;•&lt;/span&gt; Tempero verde a gosto (cebolinha, salsa, coentro), depende de você.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;• &lt;/span&gt;½ xícara de chá de leite de coco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;•&lt;/span&gt; ½ xícara de requeijão cremoso (para cobrir). Deixar também um pouco do queijo para cobrir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Modo de Preparar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pôr a margarina, a cebola, o alho, o tomate e refogar. Acrescentar os outros ingredientes, inclusive o leite de coco. Colocar o creme de leite um pouco antes de desligar.&lt;br /&gt;Unte a forma com margarina, coloque uma parte do purê, espalhe o recheio, e cubra com o restante do purê, o requeijão cremoso e com o que ficou do queijo ralado.&lt;br /&gt;Leve ao forno para gratinar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Obs:&lt;/span&gt; Eu já fiz esta receita, substituindo o requeijão (não tinha em casa no momento), por maionese. Misturar todos os ingredientes, inclusive a batata palha (deixar um pouco para cobrir).&lt;br /&gt;Por último, acrescente a maionese e o creme de leite. No final, vou sugerir algumas variações!!&lt;br /&gt;(&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt; gravura apenas ilustrativa&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Para o Pão-de-ló&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; 4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; 2 xícaras de chá de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; 2 xícaras de chá de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; 1 xícara de chá de leite fervendo ou suco de laranja&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; 1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; 1 vidro pequeno de leite de coco de boa qualidade( para molhar o bolo)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; 1 pacote pequeno de coco ralado (para salpicar sobre o bolo)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Para o creme branco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;½ litro de leite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;2 colheres de sopa cheias de maisena&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;1 lata de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; 2 gemas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; 1 colher de sopa de margarina de boa qualidade.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;Modo de Preparar:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Bolo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Bater bem as claras em neve, ir acrescentando aos poucos o açúcar, sem parar de bater, as gemas uma a uma, até ficar um creme bem homogêneo, Coloque a farinha de trigo, o leite fervendo ou suco de laranja e por último o fermento.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque em uma assadeira média e leve ao forno por 40 ou 50 min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Creme Branco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leve ao fogo o leite, leite condensado, as gemas e a maisena e  margarina. Misture bem, mexa sem parar, até ferver bem e virar o creme. Desligue o fogo, acrescente o creme de leite e misture. Deixe esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Montagem do Bolo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Desenforme o bolo e fatie-o em tiras bem finas. Numa forma marinex, forre o fundo com o creme branco, coloque uma camada de bolo, umedeça com leite e leite de coco e por cima, a camada de creme branco. Alterne com camadas de bolo (sempre umedecendo) e camada de creme. Três ou quatro camadas. Por último, cubra com o creme branco, salpique coco ralado e ornamente com frutas (morango, pêssego, Kiwi etc)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Atenção!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#330000;"&gt;1ª variação&lt;/span&gt;: Se você quiser experimentar um sabor especial, acrescente ao creme branco castanhas-do-pará levemente torradas, trituradas grosseiramente e sem pele, e em vez de salpicar coco ralado, salpique castanhas torradas e trituradas. (Se preferir sem torrar, também fica maravilhoso!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;2ª variação&lt;/span&gt;: Fica delicioso, se sobre cada camada de creme branco, colocar pêssegos ou abacaxi em calda, cortados em cubinhos. Neste caso, pode umedecer o bolo com a calda da fruta que utilizar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;3ª variação&lt;/span&gt;: O bolo pode ser montado em uma bandeja. Então ao invés de usar 2 colheres de maisena no creme, use 3 colheres para que fique mais consistente. Depois de montado, cubra com chantilly (receita anterior, com ou sem nescau/chocolate), e cubra com uma farta camada de chocolate ralado ( branco ou a seu gosto).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Uma Dica!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Para que o pão-de-ló não fique com aquele cheirinho de ovo (eu detesto), acrescente 1 colher de sopa de baunilha, um pouco antes de tirar da batedeira.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Outra Opção de Bolo&lt;/span&gt;! &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Eu utilizo também esta receita para o "Bolo gelado".&lt;br /&gt;Você pode escolher qualquer uma! Vá acrescentando o trigo, alternando com o leite. Coloque a baunilha, desligue a batedeira, adicione o fermento e mexa delicadamente. (se for trigo com fermento, use só 1 colher). &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;Para a Calda&lt;/span&gt; ( Ferver e aplicar frio)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;3 xícaras de leite líquido.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; 3 colheres de sopa bem cheia de Nescau.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;2 colheres de sopa de margarina de boa qualidade.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;Para o Chantilly&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; 3 latas de creme de leite (gelado por 12 h sem soro).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; 12 colheres de sopa de Nescau.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; 10 colheres de sopa de açúcar refinado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; 4 colheres de margarina. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Modo de Preparar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663366;"&gt;*Bolo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Coloque na batedeira,  o açúcar, os ovos,  a margarina e bata bem.Sem parar de bater, vá acrescentando a farinha de trigo misturada com o nescau e alternando com o leite. Desligue a batedeira e adicione o fermento, mexendo delicadamente. Coloque em forma média e leve para assar. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663366;"&gt;*Chantilly&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Bata na batedeira a margarina, o açúcar refinado, o nescau e o creme de leite ( bem gelado e sem soro).&lt;br /&gt;Fica um creme bem consistente ( serve para o recheio e para a cobertura)&lt;br /&gt;Divida o bolo em três partes, umedeça bem a 1ª parte, coloque o recheio e pedacinhos de chocolate em barra. Proceda do mesmo jeito com as partes seguintes. Cerca de 30 minutos depois, polvilhe o bolo com uma mistura de canela em pó e açúcar e mantenha no forno por mais alguns minutos, para terminar de assar e formar uma crosta crocante. Junte todos os ingredientes e misture com os dedos até ligar bem. Modele os biscoitos e coloque em uma assadeira (não precisa untar). Asse em forno médio (180ºC), preaquecido, por cerca de 10 minutos (não deixe escurecer demais). Bata os ovos, o óleo e a cenoura no liquidificador. Adicione o açúcar e bata novamente. Peneire a farinha e o fermento numa tigela. Depeje a mistura batida por cima e mexa com uma colher. Passe a massa para uma fôrma untada e enfarinhada e leve ao forno.&lt;br /&gt;Para a cobertura, junte todos os ingredientes e cozinhe em fogo baixo, mexendo sem parar, até engrossar ligeiramente.
